Eligibility

There are no eligibility requirements to receive a coordination of community-based resources and basic needs supplies.

To qualify for all SCHG housing an individual must meet the following eligibility guidelines:

 

  • At-risk for homelessness or currently homeless.  This means you can verify imminent loss of housing, or you currently lack a fixed regular and adequate nighttime residence.

  • Adult 18 years or older (male or female, with or without children).

  • Must have valid source of income.

  • Must be low-income at intake (at or below 138% Federal Poverty Guidelines) 

  • Must not pose an observable danger to oneself or others.

  • Must work toward financial independence, along with a sincere effort in gaining the mental aptitude necessary to become self-sufficient contributing members of society.
